Senate Postpones Action on Reducing Committees at Richmond
The Richmond College Senate voted to postpone reducing committees from seven to four until Sunday’s meeting in Freeman Hall lounge. Senator Gaston Williams proposed forming four new committees with ad hoc panels to handle overflow, while current standing groups include rules judiciary campus life co curricular parking and academic affairs. The body plans weekly meetings open to most students with limited closed sessions for appropriations and appointments.

Clayton Bunting Named National Chairman of Kappa Alpha Order
Clayton Bunting, elected national undergraduate chairman for 1971-72, will travel to colleges and address students and alumni to promote the fraternity. He will meet the Executive Council four times in cities including San Francisco and New Orleans. Drug Program On Drug Offense Practices At Richmond
The Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity at the University of Richmond will host a 10 am program in the T C Williams School of Law on drug offense arrests and trials.
