Regulations For Freshmen Go Into Effect
Richmond College prepares a revised rat system to begin next Wednesday morning under the Planning Commission of 1939 40. Freshmen will receive compulsory equipment at a Freshman Class meeting Tuesday with caps and ties costing 1 50 each. The Administrative Committee will enforce rules, offenders go into the rat trap, wear insignia, and endure a quietus. Cooperation from all students is urged.

Governor to Organize Draft Committees Across States
The governor will appoint over 160 local selective service boards to classify men aged 21 to 365 under the new Military Conscription Act.
