Funeral for Myra Brown Allen junior at Westhampton College held at Westhampton Church after septic poisoning at the Retreat for the Sick last Tuesday. Dr. Leslie M H Walton led services with Dr. B F W Boatwright. Entire student body attended, classes suspended. Junior classes from Richmond College and Westhampton acted as pallbearers. Rat Parade Delayed To Monday By Student Government
The annual freshman parade and initiation, planned for Monday, will be held next Monday after a student government meeting postponed it. Fraternity members were barred from speaking to freshmen during the 12 to 6 period, and the sophomore class voted the Rat Parade could be more entertaining with their participation.
