Richmond vs VPI Gobblers Open Season in Armistice Day Tilt

The Richmond Spiders prepared to meet VPI in a tough Armistice Day clash. Harriers Fall to Generals on Road in Regional Meet

The cross country Harriers lost to Washing and Lee 19 to 37 as Van Leeuwen and several runners were hampered by injuries. Holladay led the Spiders home finishing third, with Hatcher Elliott fifth. Gamboa Mottley and Van Leeuwen sidelined, Gwathmey remains the team leader as the squad heads toward the November 18 home meet against William and Mary after skipping the state meet.
