University of Richmond W R V A Radio Quiz Winner Seward
William D. Seward of Midlothian High School won the $1,000 University of Richmond scholarship after a 120 to 95 final score against Paul L. Bloom and G. Elwood Seal in the Richmond W R V A Radio Scholarship Quiz. Six $400 Virginia high school grants went to semi finalists, with several $150 to $350 prizes awarded to other contestants.
