New Alumnae Secretary Named at Westhampton College
Louise Cardoza Long will lead the Keller Hall alumnae office next year, succeeding 25 year veteran Leslie Booker. Long, a 1943 Westhampton BA, served on Mor tar Board Eta Sigma Phi Pi Delta Epsilon and edited the Web. She later worked with the Intelligence Service in Washington and married Robert Clifton Long in 1948. They have three children.

Sue Deaver a senior from Minnetonka Minnesota received the Leslie Booker Award at Moving Up Chapel. The prize includes fifty dollars and a gold pin. Mortar Board Plaque was awarded to Tue Contratan for staff contributions. Athletic Seals went to six students for service and sportsmanship.

Richmond College students ratified the new SGA constitution with 84 percent voting in favor. Only 83 voters turnout with 68 for passage. The document creates three branches and a representative body for research to aid legislation, all subject to Senate approval.
