Glory of Greece May Day Celebrations at Westhampton
Westhampton College hosts May Day with a Greek theme featuring a May Pole Dance at 1 pm, open house in North and South Court, Greek Theatre ceremonies honoring Sally Harmanson and Pam Haycox, and a Daisy Ghaln procession by freshmen. The event includes an Open house, art exhibit in Keller Hall, Pan's Garden, Greek markets, a Poseidon dance, and a fireworks finale.

RC class elections name Garnett Bradshaw and Inge leaders
Independents won 5 of 18 offices in Richmond College elections. Garnett Bradshaw and Dwight Inge lead the senior and sophomore classes with peers John Snead Ed Sobey John Pritchard Larry Potts and John Good. Turnout was under 50 percent for all classes with rising seniors at about 28 percent rising juniors 48 percent and sophomores 46 percent.
