Debate on Intervention in Russia at Richmond College
In the Richmond College auditorium a mock debate on the resolution that the Allies should intervene in Russia to suppress Bolshevism was held. The Philologian Society and Mu Sigma Rho Society each represented opposing sides with speakers Messrs. Zincannon, Eyerhart, Movary Davenport and Spratt. Judges were Drs. Vick, Dingus and Bryan. Dr Al bore Cheetham substituted for the absent Philologians chief executive.

Only two colleges, Randolph Macon and Richmond College, will compete in the annual inter collegiate debate due to William and Mary withdrawing. Debates will be held at Ashland and the local chapel auditorium with the motion that the United States should accept mandatory control over Armenia if requested by the league of nations.

Junior Supper Celebrates Third Birthday With Dinner
The Junior Class marked its third birthday on May 1 with a dining event. Students sang, toasted, and applauded the cake from class 718. Freshmen heard cheers as a ten pound box of emuty circulated and juniors wore bright smiles and new Westhampton rings.
