AMO to Sponsor Convocation Talk By Congressman
Alpha Mu Omicron sponsors Colgate W. Darden Jr to address Richmond and Westhampton Colleges at a University convocation. A luncheon at the Jefferson Hotel will follow with Darden as guest of honor. Gerald Scott leads AMO with John Harris on the luncheon committee. Darden, a Norfolk resident, was elected state senator at large in 1933 and to Congress in 1936.

ODK Plans Presentation of Carnival Profits to Boatwright
A cashier's check for 3853.28 will be handed to University President Boatwright by the Epsilon Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa at the convocation. The net carnival profit from ODK Carnival held April 22 supports the Richmond College Student Union Building.

University of Richmond Commencement Begins June 2
Dr James H Franklin president of Crozier Theological Seminary will deliver the commencement address at the University on June 6. The 25th anniversary of the University's site and Westhampton College will be celebrated during exercises June 2 to 6 with honorary degrees awarded. Alumni Day on June 8 features a dinner, water carnival, and baseball game as Rev Walter P Binns delivers the baccalaureate sermon.
