Glee Club to Give Recital Tomorrow in Richmond

Governor Byrd to Speak at University Convocation
Governor Harry Flood Byrd will headline the convocation at the University of Richmond next Tuesday to promote Virginia state constitutional amendments. The event includes an honorary Doctor of Divinity for Reverend George W. Sadler, who departs for Africa before June. Classes will be suspended during the ceremony in the chapel.

Mrs. Woodward, manager of the Richmond College cafeteria, praises a variegated menu introduced in the past week. Kitchen staff added sandwiches pastries and snacks for lighter meals and those with smaller appetites as spring weather warms campus dining.
