University fees to rise for 1969 70 year
University President George M. Modlin announced a tuition and fee increase for the 1969 70 college year with $150 rise in fees and $25 room charges. The board approved the measure in February to fund higher salaries for faculty and staff across divisions including Richmond College Westhampton College and the Law School.
