Seven class of 1970 members and one honorary alumna join Mortar Board the national women’s honor society at Gainer Memorial Chapel Tuesday night. Honorary member Mrs. Leslie Lessons Booker recognized for twenty five years as executive secretary of the Westhampton Alumnae Association.

Dance Set For Mar 28 At University of Richmond
Hill Deel and the Rhondels headlined at Millhiser Gym in a Friday night dance March 28 on campus. The Prophet of Fredericksburg opened. Tickets were $4 in advance or $5 at the door, sold through Phi Gamma Delta and Sigma Phi Epsilon. It marked a rare fraternity built school dance event in years.
