Student Constitution 10 Be Discussed in Chapel Today
Final discussion on the revised Student Government Constitution will be heard in Chapel this morning at the regular meeting. A vote may be taken now. Declamation Contest Set At College Chapel Next Friday
The annual Declamation Contest among Virginia high and prep schools will be in the College Chapel Friday at 3 00 P M. Sponsored by Tau Kappa Alpha and the University of Richmond. Prizes totaling 35 dollars will be awarded to three winners with 20 dollars to first place and the rest distributed.

University of Richmond debaters defeated Southern colleges on tour. Robert W. Edwards Harry M. Herman and W. S. Norman returned Sunday after a highly successful trip defending the negative on the resolution that the United States should cease protecting capital invested in foreign countries except after formal declaration of war, following a March 1 debate at Chicora College in Columbia before a large audience.
