Alumni Day at Richmond College Promises Big Event

Alumni Day this year at Richmond College will be one of the largest events of its kind. Plans include living quarters in Jeter Hall for visitors, entertaining features on Stadium Field, and refreshments. Professor H. B. Handy and assistants organize the program with participation from undergraduates and many alumni expected. Continuous events span the afternoon and evening with class assemblies and activities.

Richmond College Varsity Teams Earn Stellar 1919-20 Record

The 1919-20 season closes with Richmond College Spider athletics posting strong showings across football basketball baseball and track. Coach Frank M. Dobson earns praise for molding squads while players and administration share credit for a highly successful year. The Spiders tied Hampden-Sydney in football, finished second in basketball, and claimed baseball honors as they look ahead to 1920-21 with returning veterans and new recruits ready to compete.

Greater Richmond College 1919 20 Commencement Details

The 1919 20 graduation at Greater Richmond College marks a major milestone with fifty four seniors receiving degrees on Wednesday June 9. Most have wartime service and some studied overseas while nine graduates join the Arachnidae society. A senior play Milestones will be staged June 7 in the Red Cross auditorium as part of the closing program.
