Forces That Win Night Shines at Mesday Auditorium
Students from Westhampton, Richmond College, Randolph Macon and others packed the Mesday Auditorium for a lively January 17 program featuring evangelist Sunday. The crowd, despite rain, filled reserved sections as Sunday’s sermon and impersonations, including a Lincoln portrayal, urged discipline, perseverance, and college pride.

Mu Sigma Rho Alpha Phi Epsilon Chapter Opens Program
The Mu Sigma Rho literary society, to be known as the Mu Sigma Rho chapter of Alpha Phi Epsilon, held its first regular program on a January date. The event featured readings, declamations, an oration by M. Hox, a debate on sending food to Germany, with Goode and Willingham for the affirmative and Holland and Charlton for the negative. visitors joined the session for the business meeting afterward.
