Kagawa and Jones to Speak on Richmond College Campus
Dr. Toyohiko Kagawa and Dr. Rufus M. Jones will visit the Richmond College campus January 16 for short lectures and student conferences. Kagawa, noted Japanese Christian leader, will tour the United States beginning December 8, lecturing in Indianapolis and Birmingham and visiting multiple states before a European study trip. Jones, professor of philosophy at Haverford College, will spend three days on campus lecturing in the chapel and meeting student groups.

University Choir Sings Messiah at Canhoo Memorial Chapel
The University Choir conducted by Mrs. F. F. Harker presented Handel’s Messiah in Canhoo Memorial Chapel on Sunday December 15 at 4 80. Soloists Frances Reinhardt Helen Swaim Maurice Tyler and Harrison Harding led the vocal solos. The choir performed five popular choruses marking the fifth annual campus presentation of the famed oratorio.

University of Richmond history professor Nicholas P. Mitchell will headline the winter series at T. C.
