Richmond Debaters Defend State Championship at Roanoke
The Richmond College debate team led by Charles Harvey Jerry Roberts and Neil Cline will defend its state title at Roanoke College in the Tau Kappa Alpha event today and tomorrow. Roberts is set as Richmond's orator with the team having claimed five of the last six tournaments.

Glen Grimmel was elected president of the Richmond College Chapter of TKA, the national honorary forensics fraternity, at a Chapel meeting. Jack Chadd was named secretary treasurer. New tapes were installed during the meeting with associate members Jack Richardson and Bill Lukhard and members Jerry Roberts, Jack Chadd, and Bill Cordes.

Inter-Frat Council Debates $300 Debt Proposals

Contemporary Art Show by Miss Harriet Fitzgerald
A collection of contemporary American paintings assembled by Harriet Fitzgerald will be on exhibit in Keller Hall April 25 and 26. The loan exhibit is sponsored by the Richmond Area University Center and travels to campuses of affiliated institutions. Fitzgerald, a Ran dolph Macon Woman's College graduate and Art Students League student, will lecture at 9 30 am and 4 30 pm on April 25 with the final lecture open to the public.

Pyramid Clubs Easy Money Scheme Invades RC Domain
Richmond College students fell prey to Pyramid Clubs selling fake riches through a nine day social lure. The scheme promised Cadillac convertibles and Chinese antiques for a dollar, inviting donuts and coffee as the password. The Virginia Supreme Court ruled the clubs illegal and ordered refunds to members.

Literary Societies Debate Ends In Tie Forensic Council To Decide

Concert Cancelled For Chase City And Other Dates
The Richmond College Band concert at Chase City was cancelled per band director Mark Troxell. The season’s third engagement was to be sponsored by Gurley Furniture. The band ends its season with an open air show May 14 at Westhampton College. Next Friday April 29 the Richmond Glee Club joins Randolph Macon and Madison’s women at Chandler Junior High.

Greek Week Ends at Richmond College Winners Named
The second annual Greek Week at Richmond College concluded with a cabaret style ball at Millhiser Gym. About 300 people attended as Phi Gamma Delta won first place, Phi Delta Theta second, and Phi Kappa Sigma third. A silver cup will go to Phi Gams with honorable mention certificates to the others.
