Eight Men Tapped By ODK Honor Society at Richmond College
Epsilon Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa inducted eight new members in a April 4 ceremony at Richmond College. The group includes Beverley Taylor the sole senior and six juniors along with Olin Rogers from the TC Williams Law School. Rogers, a former Hampden Sydney student, holds multiple campus posts and has passed the Virginia bar exam. Taylor, editor of The Web, is active in Pi Delta Epsilon and other groups and has dean’s list honors. The list also features Charles Arendal a Kappa Sigma member who led Freshman Class activities and was editor of The Collegian. (Continued on page 6)

Mortar Board Holds Tap Ceremony at Weathampton
Weathampton's Mortar Board chapter will stage its annual tapping ceremony Monday April 16 at 7 30 p m in the H Jenkins Greek Theatre. President Margaret Proctor will preside with Christine Taylor Dorothy eighty Elizabeth Claybrook Eleanor Hardaway and Virginia Sanford officiating. The group awards spring elections to seniors recognizing junior leadership scholarship and service.

Duke Collegians to Play For Prom At Richmond College
Richmond College Sophomore and Freshman classes sponsor their second annual prom on Friday April 20 from 8 30 to 12 with Johnny Long and his Duke Collegians. One dollar date tickets include a stag option aimed at upperclass attendance to foster class harmony. The Duke Collegians an eleven piece orchestra with three featured vocalists will perform Wayne King style music plus hot tunes. The gym will be decorated in navy blue and white under a committee led by Alfred Dickinson with local students among the organizers. The troupe formed as freshmen at Duke and remain together through 1937 with a busy Virginia tour history.

University Players Prepare Twelfth Night Directed by Mrs Apperly
The University Players plan a June 9 performance of Twelfth Night in the Greek Theatre at Westhampton College.
