Dr. Mitchell Returns to Richmond College as History Chair
Dr. Mitchell $8. C. Mitchell, president of Delaware College, will assume the chair of history and political science at Richmond College, starting the next term in September. He previously served at Richmond from 1895 to 1908 and has held positions at Brown University, the University of South Carolina, and the Medical College of Virginia. He will be accompanied by Mrs. Mitchell and their children Mary and George, who will attend Westhampton and Richmond College.

Westhampton Opens Spring Athletics Season
Westhampton begins outdoor sports as tennis courts are prepared and track and basketball practice resumes. The varsity faces Richmond YWCA in a key April 16 match at Blues Armory, with one win each in the series. Coach Crenshaw leads the track season, the first since 1918, as doubles and singles resume in tennis.
