At a Boyden Community Club meeting on Monday evening the group decided to buy community Christmas Trees for all business places with flag pole containers. Man narrowly escapes arm loss in corn husker accident near George
Matt McCabe eight miles southwest of George nearly loses his right arm when a coat sleeve gets caught in corn husker rollers last Thursday at about 5 30 p m. He stopped the machine and used strength to prevent the rig from entering the rollers saving his limb. Fingers lacerated hand bruised and he will be unable to use the hand for some time but he considers himself lucky. Hilton Bros Drug Store advertises Palmolive sales.
