North Carolina Man Promotes Peace Through Prosperity Plan
Aman with an idea and the will to sell it to a world beleaguered by poverty and ignorance, Heinz W. Rollman of Waynesville NC builds World Construction Inc. Formed in December 1952 at the Waynesville Lions Club, he plans a February world tour to preach his doctrine that peace follows prosperity. Rollman, who began in a small Koln shoe shop in 1927, later saw his firm reach $12,000,000 in annual shoe sales by 1929.
