Boyden Iowa Adopts Gas Space Heating Ordinance
The town council of Boyden Iowa enacts Ordinance 61 to regulate installation and use of natural gas space heating equipment. It restricts installations to within a capped capacity and requires 20 days notice before gas service is cut off for noncompliant premises. Violations carry fines up to 100 dollars per day.
