De Jong sells farm near Boyden to N Dunnick
George De Jong sells his 134 acre farm located a mile and a half west of Boyden to Neil Dunnick for 350 dollars per acre. Possession is March 1 1920. De Jong then buys town property from Albert Smit and moves into the east part of town after leaving the farm. Smit plans a new modern home to be built this spring.

On the Prairie Queen Dairy farm near Sheldon Rensink Bros. sold about 20 head of high grade Holsteins for an average of 205 dollars, top price 260. Hogs averaged 70 dollars, alfalfa hay up to 38.50 per ton. Col Frank Meyers and L P Struyk officiated as a large crowd attended in ideal weather. Rensink plans to stock the farm with registered Holsteins to boost dairy success.

Mouw Return From Army Honorably Discharged
Arthur Mouw son of Mr and Mrs Gerrit Mouw residing south of Borden returned from the army last Thursday with an honorable discharge. Mr Mouw had overseas service. Mr and Mrs Wm Moret and son Robert traveled to Chandler Minnesota last week due to illness of John Moret who is suffering from cancer.
