Steunenberg's background spans Northwestern Academy, Central College, Western Theological Seminary, and multiple pastorates in Michigan, Indiana, New York, and a sociology study at the University of Rochester. Mrs. Steunenberg has led music programs in Grand Rapids and Rochester, directing a 75 voice Inter-Reformed Chorus.
