The Boyden Transmission Co held its annual meeting Friday afternoon at the town hall with many stockholders present. A general business discussion preceded the election of a board of directors including D. Kruse, H M Scholten, Stientjes, Fritz Heitritter, and Herman J Luymes. The board selected officers afterward.
