Deeds Challenged in Sioux County Property Transfers
Sioux County court actions seek to set aside transfers to fraud creditors. Conrad J. DeJong claims a 1925 deed to Lizzie Van de Berg was insolvent and $9,764.07 remains due on a $22,503.04 judgment. Other suits involve Capel township properties, a fraudulent transfer by Kate Koerselman, a $120 balance for furniture, and claims against several state hospital patients. Writs of replevin and partition requests are noted, plus bar association actions and bank claims filings.
