Declamatory Contest Held at Local High School Gym
Friday evening the 7th and 8th grade Declamatory contest will take place in the high school gym with Hull Rock Valley and Boyden as participants. A Glee Club and community singing feature will accompany the program led by Prof H Buntley. Admission 25 and 15 cents. HH J Reimers of Marcus and others bought the Rolfe Telephone Exchange at Alton for 18000. Mrs John Vander Hout treated at Myers hospital for a broken ankle. Mrs Verna Work visited relatives at Milford and Arnolds Park and plans a lakeside fancy workshop after spring millinery season in Boyden.
