The board has accepted bids for grading the Primary System with a start date of April 1. Also in March, several residents declared intent to become citizens, and multiple marriage licenses were issued in Ireton, Orange City, and Sioux Center. Attorney Geo T Hatley and wife returned from California last Thursday.
