The Vigor ous Vernon 4 H Club met at Mary and Myrna Birnbaumer home on May 11 with eleven members two leaders and two guests present. They planned Rally Day for June 4 and shared several demonstrations including fruit pie crust cookies and a talk on vegetables. Reporter Darlene Zweifel. Mr and Mrs HB Jacobs and daughter Virginia of Milford spent Thursday night with Mrs Minnie Peters and left Friday for Stephens College in Columbia Missouri for commencement. Their daughter Jeanne graduates. Mr and Mrs A J Jenson and son Roger of West Bend stayed Friday night and left Saturday for Columbia after their daughter Margy Anne who also attends Stephens College.
