Belles of Boone 4 H Club Holds July Meeting at Joanns Yungelas Home
Twelve members two readers and seven guests attended the Belles of Boone 4 H Club meeting at Joanns Yungelas home Maurine Nissen read minutes and led roll call The outing at Clear Lake was discussed Achievement Day set for August 12 at the Methodist Church with Marilyn Psine Janice Helmke Eisine Eggleston and Beverly Nelson organizing talks on arranging flowers and colors of woods The pledge was led by Beverly Nelson Ruth Martin oversaw music and Mrs Nissen chaired The Methodist Youth Fellowship enjoyed a swimming party at Eagle Grove with a picnic supper Hewitt Park and a theater outing The TNT 4 H Club met July 21 at Mardelle Larsens with six members present Ribbons for Achievement Day were assigned to Marilee Daseh and Marjorie Long Other members prepared entries and judged materials discussed slip covers floors and chair slipcovering A lunch was served by the hostess Nan Lateh reported Birthday party for Mrs Caser at neighbor ladies home next to Beach Park planned by Mrs Henry Kepper recreation at the club clean up day events and birthdays noted
