Rites Held for Fred Rasmussen 76 in Renwick
Fred F Rasmussen died December 30 1964 at Des Moines Veterans Hospital at age 76. He served in WWI with the 80th Division in Europe and Occupation forces in Germany. He married Emmalou Buscroft in 1925 and lived in Renwick where he worked as rural mail carrier 40 years and chaired local civic groups. Survived by his wife and sister Jennie Ream with many nieces and nephews. Funeral service at Renwick Funeral Home officiated by Rev Wilbur Keine with interment Vernon Cemetery.
