Bobcats fall to Lake Mills in sectional thriller

Boone Valley boys led most of the game before Lake Mills surged in the final minutes to win 61 59 in a first round sectional. Myron May topped Boone Valley with 22 points while Ron Larson and Mike Huntley added 11 apiece.

Public urged to join Red Cross first aid course

Dr. Sutton asks local residents to contact her by tomorrow if they want to organize and attend a Red Cross first aid program. The plan is to hold eight 2 hour sessions totaling 16 hours, with the evening most convenient to attendees indicated. An announcement with dates will follow.
