Oak Hill woman sentenced after biting incident
Debra Miller 40 was convicted of battery and obstructing an officer after a morning altercation with a sister. Judge John Hatcher sentenced her to one year in jail to be served Sundays at 11 p.m. and Thursdays released at 7 a.m. concurrent with two one year terms. She must also pay fines totaling 725 dollars and was described as extremely drunk during testimony.
