Deputies pursue Shannon Lambert 20 and Jason Arbogast 21 who fled Anthony Center in Neola for youthful offenders near Greenbrier County. Lambert 6 foot 2, 240 pounds with brown hair and eyes. Arbogast 5 foot 8, 200 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. Both from Upshur County. Lambert sentenced for breaking and entering and destruction of property. Arbogast for breaking and entering. Authorities urge calls to state police or 911.
