Powerball winner in Tomah claims 23 million prize
Cindy Sue Grassman of Tomah and her husband Garry won 23 million dollars in the October 31 Powerball drawing after purchasing a ticket at a gas station. They will receive about 600 thousand dollars annually for 25 years after taxes. Two winning tickets were sold that night, one in Rhode Island.
