Parents seek action over tattooing minor in Beckley shop
The Thomas family from Fairdale allege their 15 year old daughter and a 16 year old friend were tattooed at Dr Feelgood on Kert C Byrd Drive while guardians were away. They seek legal guidance to pursue changes to state law which currently imposes no criminal penalty for tattooing minors.
