Park manager charged with third DUI after crash in Summersville
Nicholas County Memorial Park manager Jason Turner was arrested on third offense DUI and driving on a revoked license after his county truck struck another vehicle on April 23 at US 19 and Route 39. Passengers and occupants were treated for minor injuries. Turner refused a breath test and had prior DUI arrests in Ohio and Georgia. Authorities noted beer bottles in the truck and ongoing park board review of his employment status.
