Fayette County Oak Hill woman to get new counsel
An Oak Hill woman Margaret Talouzi convicted of attempted aggravated robbery in the Scarbro death case will have a new attorney. Eric Collins withdrew citing broken communication and loss of confidence. Judge Hatcher granted the motion, appointing Winston Polly to represent Talouzi. Talouzi had pleaded guilty last fall and testified in others’ trials. Swafford and Yoney received life terms, with Yoney eligible for release after 15 years.
