In San Jose IBM trade secrets worth millions were stolen over 13 years in a corporate espionage case. District Attorney Louis Bergna said seven people were arrested with warrants issued for four more as the probe continues. The case centers on IBM Merlin 3330 storage devices used with IBM 370 systems. Ramon Serrata, 46, an IBM engineer, was among those charged with conspiracy and theft.
