Justice Precinct No 1 votes on November 27 whether to issue 300000 in 5 percent five forty bonds for permanent pike road construction. The order, made after careful legal review, set the date and restricted participation to qualified voters and taxpayers.
Early morning at the passenger station a mail sack lying between tracks showed a cut strap and entry but all registered packages remained intact. The thief likely fled after realizing only registered mail was absent, an offense under Federal law and an inspector is expected to investigate.
