Denton County considers bonds for Precinct 1 road trust
A petition with about 200 signatures asks the Denton County Commissioners Court to hold an election in Justice Precinct No. 1 on issuing up to 300000 in bonds for macadam and graveled roads with a tax to repay. Judge Lee Zumwalt plans a Monday session to review the petition and set a date no earlier than November 24 for the election.
