The E. Horne structure on Austin Street burned early today causing eleven thousand dollars? No two hundred thousand dollars in damage. The collapse crushed a two story and a one story building on Sixth Street housing a jewelry shop drug store printing office and a tailor shop. Two missing persons are believed dead.
Associated Press dispatch reports Ben Campbell secured 5 431 votes for mayor in Houston's Democratic primary while J Mitt Giewelman earned 2 290. Campbell's victory marks a strong anti administration result.
In yesterday's election Ben Campbell defeated the administration candidate easily. Mitt Geselman supported by Mayor Rice and other old-line politicians and the Houston Post backed the administration. Campbell supported by the Houston Chronicle Telegram and progressive elements branded the issue as public scrutiny of city business.
Constitutional rebels have tied up traffic between Mexico City and the border on both the National and the Northwestern railways. In Denison on March 7 the preliminary trial of Patrolman East and Glenn Streight related to A. S. Walker's death concluded yesterday. East was bound at 2509 dollars and Streight at 1000 dollars, both men released.
The Katy freight office and a box car burned in McKinney last night causing about 15000 dollars in damage. Local fire crews battled the blaze through the night with investigations underway.

Charles Cramer received life imprisonment while Beatrice was sentenced to four years.
