London December 28 The peace conference involving Balkan powers and the Turkish Empire adjourned after a lengthy session of about an hour and a half without progress toward peace. The delegates will resume at 4 o clock Monday.

Lyon Gray's Yard Fire at Sanger Wipes Out Lumber Yard

Fire discovered about 12 40 Saturday morning destroyed the Lyon Gray Lumber Company's yard at Sanger and Stuckey's restaurant in an adjoining iron clad building. Loss estimated 7000 to 8000 on the yard and 1200 to 1500 on the restaurant with possible 7000 notes in a damaged office safe. Manager T B McDaniel reported the blaze started in the yard office. inadequate protection prevented extinction. Nearby buildings sustained partial damage. Versicher unknown.

All defendants in the dynamite conspiracy case were found guilty except Daniel Buckley of Davenport Iowa and Herman Seifert of Milwaukee. The case will be appealed. Senator Kern said the verdicts would be appealed to the circuit court of appeals.
