Mrs. Edna Brown Rites Held at Oceana Church
Funeral services for Mrs. Edna J. Brown, 68, of Oceana, were set for 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Oceana Methodist Church with Rev. Wayne Rollins officiating. Burial followed in Cook Family Cemetery. She died Monday at Man Memorial Hospital after months of illness. Surviving are husband Preston Brown, four sons, a daughter Mrs. R. H. Keneda, two nieces raised by her, two brothers, a sister, and a late daughter Myrtle. The body rested at Evans Funeral Home and was moved to the residence this evening.
