Sylvia Braun To Testify In Gibbs Case In Raleigh Court
Sylvia Braun, imprisoned for forgery in Moundsville, is ordered to testify in the Virginia Verduce versus State Trooper Howard Gibbs suit set for September 11 in Raleigh County Circuit Court. Verduce accuses Gibbs of false arrest during the murder probe of Celestia Hylton on January 10 at Sprague. Gibbs counters that Verduce hid information.
