Ralph Rose, 20, wanted for jail breaking and three break-ins at Sophia and Woodbay, was captured in Pemberton by Beckley state police officers. He fled August 16 after Dick Wiggin’s arrest and was injured in a scuffle. Rose had been living in the woods near Sophia and Winding Gulf before his arrest.
