Henry Estes Dillon 49 former Fayette County circuit judge and prosecuting attorney died at his Fayetteville home after a long illness. Born June 9 1904 in Roderfield he was WVU Law School 1926 graduate and served as prosecuting attorney 1928-1936 and judge from 1936 until 1945. Survivors include wife Edith Wendell Dillon two sisters son and daughter. Funeral at Fayetteville Presbyterian Church Thursday at 2:30 pm burial in Huse Memorial Park.

Man Convicted in Bernie Knife Slaying
