Charles T Ted Neff 54 vice president and secretary of WVU Board of Governors since 1927 died unexpectedly at his Morgantown home. He attended Homecoming events last weekend and a Board meeting on Saturday and watched WVU Virginia Military football. Born February 4 1699 he formerly headed Piedmont schools and studied chemistry at the university earning an A B in 1921. His widow Inez Davis Morgantown survives.

Rites Set for 71-Year-Old Beckley Theater Owner
Funeral services are planned for Charles D. Crawford, 71, Beckley theater operator, who died from a self-inflicted .32 caliber gunshot at his home on Harper Road.
