Beckley firemen responded at 3 55 p m Thursday to 339 Millicon Ave for infant Melissa Dawn Bailey 13 months knocked unconscious after a bed fall. She was taken to a local hospital by her parents. A second patient Shelby Bryant of Shady Spring was treated at Modern Furniture and taken to ARH by private ambulance. Fire crews checked wiring at 300 North Kanawha St and found no fire. A car fire at Valley Drive and Central Avenue was extinguished before arrival with $2000 damage to a 1972 model vehicle.
