County Horsemen Plan Fall Roundup At Crow
The Raleigh County Horsemen's Association schedules a fall roundup at Crow showgrounds this Sunday starting at 1 PM. About 100 riders expected across 20 classes including English pleasure, barrel races, trail, and novelty events. New 39 acre site with bleachers planned and 80 of 140 stalls completed. B H Lester of Daniels is president and Lloyd Crook of Shady Spring is show chairman.

Clear Fork YDC Chapter Eye Announced
The Raleigh County Young Democrats plan to form a Clear Creek chapter with a meeting Monday at 7 p.m. at the Presbyterian Youth School in Clear Fork. Terri West says the group welcomes ages 16 to 37. Connie Toney of Clear Fork High School will conduct the session.
